from portal reports of the Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board notice dated 4 November 2026: draft answer keys for 21 post codes will be shown in phases, with online objection windows between 6 November and 12 December 2026. No window has opened yet, so there is nothing to download today. Still pending: the draft keys themselves, final keys and results. We could not open the DSSSB notice PDF, so the schedule below is as reproduced by FreeJobAlert, which says it follows the official notice.
Is the DSSSB answer key out?
The notice is out. The keys are not yet available for any post code. That difference matters, because several portals headline this as “Answer Key Out”.
What DSSSB has published is a notice titled Display of Draft Answer Keys, issued by the Deputy Secretary (Secret Cell). It gives each of 21 post codes its own objection window. A candidate can see the draft key and file objections only during the window for their post code. The first window opens on 6 November, two days from now. The last opens on 8 December.
The notice concerns draft, or provisional, keys. It does not announce final keys or results, and it gives no dates for either.

Grouped by window, the schedule has seven periods: 6 to 10 November (four codes), 10 to 14 November (two), 16 to 20 November (four), 22 to 26 November (one), 24 to 28 November (one), 28 November to 2 December (six) and 8 to 12 December (three). Each window runs five calendar days if both dates are counted.
One portal’s table for the first four codes is listed as sl. nos. 1 to 4, and FreeJobAlert and Firstjob24 both give the same dates, so the early part of the schedule is consistent across sources. Check the PDF for the rest.
Which post is my code?
The notice, as reported, identifies examinations by post code and does not give a post name next to each one. That leaves candidates to match their own code from their advertisement or admit card.
One portal’s exam schedule, which is the only mapping we found, lets us name three of the codes:
- 15/26 is Junior Law Officer (DUSIB), with an exam on 27 October.
- 42/26 is Domestic Science Teacher (Directorate of Education), with exams on 3 and 4 November.
- 34/26 is IT Assistant (Information Technology Department), with an exam on 7 November.
That portal lists Advt. No. 02/26 and 03/26 for those exams. Treat the mapping as unconfirmed. The other 18 codes we can’t name from what we found. Codes 71/25 and 72/25 carry a 2025 suffix, so they belong to advertisements issued in 2025.
How long after the exam does the key open?
The gap varies by post code. Using the exam dates on the same portal:
- 15/26: exam on 27 October, window opens 6 November, about 10 days later.
- 42/26: last exam day 4 November, window opens 10 November, about 6 days later.
- 34/26: exam on 7 November, window opens 22 November, about 15 days later.
These are our calculations from one portal’s dates, and for exams that run over several days the gap from the first day is longer. The point is that you can’t predict your window from the exam date. Read the table.
The same portal reports that this exam cycle runs from 27 October to 5 December 2026. That means some of the 21 codes may belong to exams not yet held, and the later windows in December would follow them. If your exam is still ahead of you, the key will come after it.
How to check the draft key and file objections
The steps below follow the FreeJobAlert report. The notice itself says a help file for objections will be available through the relevant link.
- Go to dsssb.delhi.gov.in.
- Find the draft answer-key or objection link for your examination.
- Check that the window for your post code is open today.
- Log in with the details the portal asks for.
- Open the draft key and, if the portal shows it, your recorded responses.
- Read the objection help file before you start.
- Select the question you want to challenge and enter your objection with the explanation or supporting material the portal requires.
- Review it and submit before the window closes.
Objections are online and post-code-wise. The reports don’t say whether a fee applies to each objection, and we haven’t seen the rules for this exam. Check the help file.
Planning for a five-day window
Five days is not much if you have to find sources. Use the days before your window to prepare.
Before the window opens. Identify your post code and the date and shift of your exam. Gather the sources you would cite: textbooks, official documents, rules or acts relevant to your subject.
On day one. Open the key and your response sheet. Mark every question where your answer differs from the key. Sort them into three piles: the key is clearly right, you were clearly wrong, and the key looks arguable.
Objections. File only for the third pile, and only where you have a source. The notice asks for an explanation or supporting material, and a bare claim that your answer is right isn’t evidence.
Before the last day. Don’t leave submissions to the final evening. Portals slow down, and a late failure leaves no time to fix it.
Response sheet and score estimate
The notice, as reported, confirms the facility to view draft keys and file objections. It does not separately promise a downloadable response-sheet PDF for every post code. Use whatever your portal provides.
To estimate your score, compare your responses with the draft key and apply the marking scheme in your own advertisement. The reports don’t give the number of questions, marks per question or any negative marking, and these differ by post. Treat the estimate as provisional: the final key can change answers, and marks can move either way.
Draft key, final key and result
The notice is about draft keys only. DSSSB has not announced when final keys or results for any of the 21 codes will come. In earlier 2026 cycles, DSSSB released draft keys and response sheets for various computer-based exams in September, with objection windows running into early November. This time the process runs from 6 November to 12 December. After the last window on 12 December, the final keys and results for the last codes can’t come before then.
No cut-off has been announced for any of these codes, and we haven’t quoted any, since none exists until the result is out.
Verification and safety
The official site is dsssb.delhi.gov.in, and the notice PDF is reported as hosted on it under circulars and orders. Use that site, not links forwarded on messaging apps. Don’t give your login details to any site that asks for them to “unlock” your key, and don’t pay anyone to get an objection accepted. Third-party sites copy the schedule within hours, and a copying mistake in a post code or date can mean you miss your window.
