MPPSC ADPO Admit Card 2026 Out, Download Hall Ticket for 1 November Exam ADMIT CARD OUT

The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission has scheduled the Assistant District Public Prosecution Officer (ADPO) admit card for 21 October 2026, for the written exam on 1 November 2026 (12:00 PM to 3:00 PM) under Advertisement No. 03/2026. One portal reports the link is live, while another says activation has not been independently confirmed. The result, interview dates and cut-off are not announced.

Where the admit card stands

Reports on the release split three ways. A Marathi portal says the Commission released the admit card on 21 October, for download through candidate login at mppsc.mp.gov.in. Another portal says the Commission’s notice of 7 September 2026 set 21 October as the download date. A third, FreeJobAlert, calls it “scheduled for release today” and states that activation of the download link has not been independently confirmed.

I could not open mppsc.mp.gov.in, so I cannot confirm the link is live. If it is not active when you try, check again later in the day and tomorrow before assuming a fault. Eleven days remain to the exam.

Dates: the original schedule and the revised one

Event Original Revised
Advertisement 10 March 2026 (No. 03/2026)
Application window 9 April to 8 May 2026 Reopened 10 to 24 July 2026, with late-fee windows (as reported)
Admit card 8 October 2026 21 October 2026
Written exam 18 October 2026 1 November 2026, 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM

Many pages still show the 18 October exam and an 8 October admit card, which are outdated. The exam was postponed after a change in examination arrangements, according to one portal. If you downloaded anything earlier, check that the document you carry is the one for 1 November.

Why the vacancy count changed

The advertisement originally listed 17 posts. A corrigendum dated 6 July 2026, as one portal reports it, raised the number to 107, about six times the original. That change is why the application window reopened in July. A bigger post count also affects competition, since more candidates may have applied in the second window.

The posts are Gazetted Class II, permanent, in the Home Department of Madhya Pradesh. The portals’ summaries state no pay figures, so check the advertisement for them.

How to download the admit card

  1. Open mppsc.mp.gov.in.
  2. Go to the Admit Card section or the recruitment notices section.
  3. Find the link for the Assistant District Public Prosecution Officer Examination 2026 under Advertisement No. 03/2026.
  4. Log in with your application number and date of birth, and complete the security check.
  5. Download the PDF and print it clearly.

If the page does not load, check the credentials, retry the CAPTCHA, and reach the link through the Commission’s home page and not through a search result or a messaging forward. Do not pay or give your password to any site that offers to “unlock” the admit card.

What to check on it

Look at your name, roll number, photograph, signature, exam date, centre address, reporting time and duration. A mistake in the photograph or name is easier to fix with the Commission before the exam than at the gate. The admit card reportedly carries the exam instructions too, and the instructions printed on your own copy rule over any summary online.

What to carry and what to leave at home

Take the printed admit card and an original photo ID the Commission accepts, such as Aadhaar, PAN, a voter ID, a driving licence or a passport, along with anything else your admit card asks for. Mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators and other devices are not allowed in the centre, according to the instruction list in a portal’s article.

The exam starts at 12:00 PM, so the reporting time is likely to be well before noon. The exact time is on the admit card, and centre gates usually close before the paper starts. Plan to arrive early and check how you will reach the centre. The exam is an OMR-based objective test, so carry what the admit card says to fill the sheet.

Exam pattern

Part Subject Questions Marks
A General Studies and General Awareness 50 150
B Law and Subject Knowledge 100 300
Total 150 450

That works out to 3 marks for every question, over 180 minutes, so you have about 72 seconds a question. Law carries two-thirds of the total marks. Negative marking and qualifying marks are not confirmed in the reports I read. The Commission’s examination scheme or the admit card instructions will say, so read that before deciding how much to guess.

Syllabus

As a portal summarises it, Part A covers General Knowledge of Madhya Pradesh, Indian history, geography and polity, the Constitution, current affairs and general awareness of India and the world. Part B covers criminal law, criminal procedure, the law of evidence, constitutional law, special criminal laws and relevant Madhya Pradesh state laws.

One practical point deserves attention. Since 1 July 2024, the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam have replaced the Indian Penal Code, the Code of Criminal Procedure and the Evidence Act. The summaries I read name the subjects without naming the statutes. I could not tell whether the paper tests the new codes, the old ones or both. Until the Commission says, a candidate preparing in the last days should be comfortable with the new sections and know which old section each replaced. This is my reading of the situation and not a rule from the notice.

What to do in the next 11 days

These are my suggestions and are unofficial.

  • Spend most of the time on Part B, since 300 of 450 marks sit there. Cover the new criminal codes, constitutional law (fundamental rights, writs, the judiciary) and special statutes such as the NDPS Act, the POCSO Act, the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and the Prevention of Corruption Act.
  • Keep an hour a day for Madhya Pradesh general knowledge and current affairs.
  • Take at least three full mock papers of 150 questions in 180 minutes, to build a steady pace of about 72 seconds a question.
  • Practise filling in OMR bubbles under time, because careless marking costs more than a weak topic.
  • Go through the admit card instructions again the night before.

What happens after the exam

The selection process has a written exam, an interview, and verification of eligibility and original documents, as the portals describe it. Candidates are shortlisted for the interview from the written exam according to the recruitment rules. The interview’s marks, the shortlist ratio and the dates are not announced. A previous-year cut-off is not quoted, since I found no verified figure from an earlier MPPSC ADPO exam, and a cut-off for this cycle cannot exist until after 1 November.

FAQs

Is the admit card for the 18 October exam still valid?
The exam has moved to 1 November, so the date on your admit card should read 1 November. Use only the admit card for the revised date.

How many posts is this exam for?
107, after a corrigendum reported as dated 6 July 2026 raised it from 17.

Is there negative marking?
Not confirmed in what I read. Check the examination scheme and the instructions on your admit card.

The download link is not working. What should I do?
Check your application number and date of birth, retry later, and go to the link through mppsc.mp.gov.in itself. Do not use a link from a message or a paid service.
