| A candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree (B.A., B.Sc., or an equal degree) from a recognised university, must have passed Matriculation with Punjabi as one of the subjects, and must know how to use a computer. These conditions must be met by the closing date of the application. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

6. Application Fee |
Fee is paid online only and is non-refundable once submitted. |
7. Selection Process — Written Exam Decides Everything |
The computer test and document check do not add marks to your score — only the written exam decides your final rank. So once you clear the computer test, your rank is already fixed by how you did on the written paper. |
8. Written Exam Pattern |
You must score at least 33% in each subject, and 40% overall, to qualify — scoring well in just one section is not enough on its own. |
9. Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) — Two Parts |
| Part-I is a Spreadsheet Test for 10 marks in 10 minutes, and you need at least 4 marks to pass. Only those who pass Part-I move to Part-II, a Typing Test in English at 30 words per minute. Both parts are qualifying only — they do not carry forward into your final merit score. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
10. How to Apply Online |
Your webcam photo, uploaded photo, and the photo that appears on your admit card must all match each other — a mismatch here is a common reason applications get flagged later. |
